GFK160A Digital Control Filling Machine
This is a very small CNC intelligent filling machine. It has small volume, accurate filling and memory function. It
can meet filling requirements by setting filling time and filling speed. It can be controlled by foot. Have manual
filling mode and automatic filling mode. Manual filling mode by foot control switch, automatic filling mode by
controlling the interval time to achieve the requirements of automatic filling.

Description
- Two filling modes: pedal or automatic, filling Range: 5ml-3500ml; maximum flow rate: 3.2L/min; maximum suck distance: 2m, production capacity: 300-400 bottles/h. (***Note: Because the machine is equipped with a long tube, so when the machine is in use, need to empty the air inside the tube before filling.)

- Made of 304 stainless steel, easy to clean. Quality diaphragm pump is used, with stronger suction and microcomputer control of filling time and motor speed.
- When running for a long time, the filling machine will automatically cut off the power to protect. It helps the machine run stably and continuously without load or large load.
- This machine is suitable for filling non-corrosive LIQUIDS with good fluidity, without any particles. The filling range is 5 to 3500 ml, the maximum flow rate is 3.2 liters per minute, the temperature of the filling material should not exceed 50 degrees.
